Raised in Captivity

 Love

So, The General and I left Friday afternoon to go to Sag Harbor. We  left New Rochelle around 6:00 and got to Southhampton around 9:00. We picked up Frank, and we dropped him off at George’s. Then The General and I went to Sag Harbor to see his mom, his stepdad, his sister, and her boyfriend. They are all extremely nice and have a very nice house. His mom made us penne and it was excellent. We bought our luggage in and were off again. We picked up George, Frank, and Stefan and went back home and played Wii for a while. Then The General and I went off to bed. It was nice sharing a space with him again.

Saturday morning brought thunderstorms, but his family is awesome and had strawberry shortcake. For breakfast. Then Richard, Melissa (his sister), and I went downstairs and played Mario Party 8 on Wii. I lost miserabely, but c’est la vie. Then we picked up George and Frank and went to the Hampton Bays Diner. We also got the keg for Steph’s party too. Then Richard and I went back to his place and took an amazing two-hour nap. Then we got up again and went to Steph’s party. It was good, but it was really awkward at times since I knew no one there (minus George and Stefan) and a lot of people were drunk. But there were bouncers, and that was kind of exciting. George, Richard, Stefan, and I retreated into the living room to play Wii. Then we went and got Coldstone. Finally, around 10:00, The General (who is Richard, just in case you missed it) and I had some alone time. We went down to the wharf and walked along the beach. Then home to watch some television and fall asleep.

Today, I didn’t want to get up. I just wanted to stay in Richard’s arms forever and ever. God, I love that boy so much. We ate breakfast, got dressed, and went to Long Beach to see Josh. It was fun since I haven’t seen him since May. Then Richard and I went for Indian food, and went swimming. Well, kind of. It was pretty damn cold but it was a lovely pool. Then came redressing and packing. I’ll admit it; I cried while packing. I mean, leaving the greatest man ever for a week is a hard thing to do! But I pulled through, and we headed off. We got to the mainland, picked up Gomez, picked up Wendy’s, and went to my grandparent’s. And then they had to go. Boo. :-( But I get to see them Friday, yay!!!!

And then there was showering and unpacking. And now I am here. Writing to you, kind reader.
